TimeWyze Reminder Utility

The Reminder utility is a fully integrated part of TimeWyze.

Akin to Microsoft Outlook(R) Calendar(R), TimeWyze Reminders allows you to enter Text Date and Time for in a Reminder, to a named User or even to many Users.

It can also be used a internal messaging system, as it will pop up a Reminder/Message at the destination computer instantly - even faster than an eMail message.

Once the user becomes familiar with TimeWyze Reminders, the realisation will hit that there is so much more to it. With TimeWyze Reminders you can create plain reminders containing just text, or you can create a reminder directly from a Contact, a Job or any other Utility Window that has a Reminder Button on it. You enter the reminder text and TimeWyze enters the Contact or Job details for you!

When a contact reminder pops up on screen it will have all the contact details plus your text and, with a button that will bring you straight to that contact in the database, no matter in which record or table you happen to be at the time!

Every reminder can be shared by more than one user, so you can create a reminder for yourself or for your colleagues on the network or, for both.

You can also enlarge the text for better effect; just select the text and press Ctrl+Shift+>(=larger than), the text will 'grow' in size.

Of course all the usual button like Snooze, Dismiss and Delete is on every reminder too, and a Go To button when relevant (Contact or Job reminder).

The reminder plays a sound when it pops up and has some cool visual effects too, so you can rest assured - no reminder goes unnoticed!

Amram Eirinberg is an advanced VBA programmer, Excel Wizard and FileMaker programmer. For the past 10 months he has concentrated on creating a user friendly, cohesive and integrated Database application that answers the ever asked quest for perfection: Save time, Increase Revenue, Keep Customers happy – all the time (in whichever order you like)
Menasche Scharf has extensive expertise in processes and methodologies in Field Sales & Maintenance, ICT and CRM with hands-on experience that augments his expertise on a continuing basis. Having worked for BT, Apple and ICL in Technical Support, he knows quite a bit what it is that bugs computer users
New Team Member 01: TBC – is a GUI (=Graphical User Interface) expert and will be tasked to ensure the User Experience does justice to complement the beautiful design of the database architecture.

b) Ensuring customers are kept informed through the tools listed under “Support Programme”, also via the following online channels: Feedback, Satisfaction Guarantee and Complaints Procedure.
c) Following up with point a) above, after he finishes a bout of b) above on a cyclical basic – preferably following an upward spirallic model
New Team Member 04: TBC – is a marketing guru who will dissect TIMEWYZE to its core and bring out all the USPs to the max until it outshines the similar me-too programs on the market.
